Frequently asked questions
How long does an RGAA audit take?
It depends on the size of the sample and the complexity of your journeys. We specify it in our proposal after a scoping call.
What is the difference between RGAA and WCAG?
RGAA is the French method for checking accessibility. It turns WCAG requirements into precise criteria and tests that an auditor can apply.
Is an audit enough to make a website compliant?
No. The audit establishes the compliance status and the action plan. Compliance comes from the fixes, which we can carry out or support, followed by a re-audit.
Must the accessibility statement be updated?
Yes. It must reflect the actual state of the service: after every major change and after every new audit.
