Frequently asked questions
How is it different from an RGAA audit?
An RGAA audit follows the French method. A compliance audit follows WCAG and EN 301 549 directly, which suits a group operating in several countries.
Is my company covered by the EAA?
It depends on your products, services and size: micro-enterprises providing services are exempt. We make this assessment during scoping.
WCAG 2.1 or WCAG 2.2?
The version of EN 301 549 currently cited in the Official Journal (V3.2.1) refers to WCAG 2.1. The new V4.1.1, published in September 2026, is based on WCAG 2.2, so we already assess the criteria added in WCAG 2.2.
Can you audit several languages?
Yes: we audit the French, Dutch, German and English versions of your services.
