When you use the contact form, we collect: your full name, your organisation, your work email address, your phone number if you provide it, your country, your type of organisation and the content of your message.
We do not collect any sensitive data and do not ask for any information about your health or disability.
Purposes and legal basis
Your data is used only to answer your request and, where relevant, to send you a commercial proposal. This processing is based on your consent and on pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
Retention period
Your data is kept for [3 years] from our last exchange, then deleted.
Recipients
Your data is accessible only to the people at the firm who handle your request, and to our hosting provider, Cloudflare.
Where data is transferred outside the European Union, these transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards (European Commission standard contractual clauses).
